Fried Chicken - Ingredients

Chicken cutlettes (cooked white meat chicken, water, enriched flour, hydrogenated soybean oil [tbhq, citric acid], and/or cottonseed oil, soy protein concentrate, salt, isolated oat product, Sodium phosphate, monosodium glutamate, dextrose, spice extract), mashed potatoes (reconstituted potatoes [mono and diglycerides, sodium acid pyrophosphate, citric acid], hydrogenated soybean oil margarine, modified milk ingredients, salt, water), corn, brownie (sugar, water, enriched flour, hydrogenated soybean oil [tbhq, citric acid], cocoa, liquid whole eggs, hydrogenated soybean oil margarine, acacia and xanthan gums, sodium bicarbonate [hydrogenated soybean and/or cottonseed oil], salt, natural and artificial vanilla flavour]), sauce (water, sugar, soybean oil and hydrogenated soybean oil margarine, salt, hydrogenated soybean oil [tbhq, citric acid]), margarine (hydrogenated soybean oil margarine). Contains: soy, milk, wheat, oats, egg, barley.

Fried Chicken


1. Remove film from chicken, potatoes and brownie. Cut slit in film over corn.
2. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes. Carefully remove brownie with a fork; set aside. Return tray to microwave oven.
3. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute.
4. Let stand 1 minute in microwave oven. Stir potatoes before serving.
